Formerly farmhouse now house: later C17 with C19 alterations and C20 renovations. Rendered brick and timber framing on sandstone plinth. Kerridge stone-slate roof, stone ridge and 3 rendered chimneys 2-storey, 3-bay front. Windows are C20 3-light wooden casements with glazing bars, the upper central one in a timber-framed gable half dormer with covering above the window and herringboning in the gable. Near central C20 gabled porch. Interior: timber-framed partition walls. Wooden inglenook fireplace structure and heavy ceiling beams in main room.
