6/37 White Hall Farmhouse.
GV II
Farmhouse: early C18 with early C19 alterations. Coursed squared buff sandstone rubble. Kerridge stone-slate roof, stone ridge and 1 gable stone chimney. Rectangular plan with continuous outshut. 2-storey, 3-bay front. End bays have 12-pane sashes under plain stone lintels. Similar lintel over central C19 board door. Right end gable has 2, 2-light tall chamfered stone mullions (one blocked, one with mullion missing) under rubble hood moulds. Brick lean-to to right and later additional range to rear is a farm workers cottage with a 3-light, small-pane iron casement below.
