Lodge: mid C19 for C R B Legh. English garden wall bond red brick with rock-faced buff sandstone dressings. Welsh slate roof and 2 brick chimneys, Jacobean style. 1-storey, 3-bay front. Stone plinth. Central bay under triangular stone-coped gable, with ball and obelisk finials, has semi-circular headed entrance to porch with a blank shield above. To right is a canted bay with single triangular headed lights label moulds and containing sashes. Similar light in left end bay.
