ELLESMERE PORT & NESTON LOWER MERSEY STREET SJ 4077 7/36 Ancillary Buildings North and West of Lighthouse 12.9.78 GV II Probably 1881, rectangular hip-roofed single-storey building attached to west side of lighthouse with taller gabled single storey building to north. Hipped building of painted brick with slate roof carrying open belfry (single bell) with pyramid top and weathervane. 2 cross-casements and 3 boarded doors (timber lintels) to front (south) and 1 cross-casement to west end. Unusual V-shaped bay window at rear.
