Farmhouse, circa 1860, built as part of the Tollemache Estate. Red brick with blue tile roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Part glazed, studded door, with false strap hinges, in brick porch with side lights and gabled roof with timbers in apex, also finial. 2-to 4-light cast iron losenge windows with stone sills and heads at ground level but under gabled dormers, with timbered apexes and finials, at first floor level. Steep pitched roof with exposed purlin ends and finials to gables. Separated flues linked at the caps. One of the better preserved farms in this Estate style.
