II
House: C17 core, remodelled and refaced early C19 with early C20 porch and late C20 fenestration. English garden wall bond orange brick, Welsh slate roof and a gable and an off-ridge brick chimney. 2-storey, 4-bay south front. Raised band at 1st floor. Small pane aluminium windows in original openings with flat wedged stone heads with raised keyblocks and moulded stone sills. 2nd bay has rather vulgar Ruabon brick porch with stone dressings. Glazed door with shaped stone head flanked by single lights. Brick and stone cornice with ball finials. Original moulded doorcase behind with panelled soffits. 3 brick bands at right side and the rear reveals regular small framing to full height on a tall brick plinth. C19 extensions to rear. Interior: not inspected but heavy moulded ceiling beams visible.
