WINSFORD FORMER U.D. WEAVER NAVIGATION SJ 66 NW 6441 6974 4/121 Flood gates and sluice bridge. - II Pair of flood gates and sluice bridge. c.1890. Red sandstone ashlar with cast iron bridge. Two round arches of cast iron set between rusticated ashlar piers. Downriver devation: lateral and central cut waters supporting ramped buttresses with piers above which have limestone dressings. Ashlar springers to the cast iron bridges from which the sluice gates are suspended. Listing NGR: SJ6442369732
