Former cottage early C17 now used as farm building. Small red bricks, slate roof, 2 storeys 3 bays with single storey outshot east. Altered door and windows. Some with the remains of projecting brick labels. Stone mullion windows to first floor facade and horizontal sliding sash to gable. Interior: King post trusses with cambered tie beams and intermediate collar trusses with arched braces. Oak purlins and ridgetree wind braces and deep oak wallplate.
