Abstract/Summary
A heritage summary was prepared in 2022 for an area of land at Flat Lane, Kelsall, Cheshire, for which planning permission is being sought by for a residential development of up to nine dwellings. The Site is partly rough pasture and partly the seventeenth century farmhouse (grade II listed), utility buildings, yard areas and gardens serving the now-derelict Rookery Farm.
