Abstract/Summary
A heritage assessment was produced in 2020 for 74 Greenalls Avenue, Wilderspool, Warrington, Cheshire. The property is one of a pair of mid-19th century, most likely 1850-1860, semi-detached villas that are together Grade II listed. They formed part of a series of villas and terraces probably associated with a nearby brewery owned by the Greenall company.
