Following on from an earlier heritage statement produced in 2018 (SCH8638), a further heritage statement was produced in July 2019 for Mottram Hall, Mottram St. Andrew, which is Grade II* Listed (NHLE 1234766), prior to a proposed extension of the building. The report discusses the historical development of the site and the significance of the heritage assets. Given the siting of the proposed extension, and its distance from both Mottram Hall and other heritage assets in the immediate vicinity, it was considered the proposals would not impact them adversely.
