Abstract/Summary
A heritage assessment was produced in 2019 in support of proposed works to the Grade II Listed Carnegie Library as a result of the demolition of the neighbouring, and partly adjoining, Waterloo Building. Documentary sources have been investigated, supported by a site inspection.
