Abstract/Summary
A heritage assessment and structural survey were produced in 2019 in support of a proposal to convert an existing traditional grade ll listed farm building associated with Minshull Hall, Church Minshull, Nantwich, which is grade II* listed. This conversion is for a wedding and events venue with limited modifications.
The barn is suitable for conversion and is structurally sound as demonstrated by the structural survey, which concludes that the building is effectively redundant in terms of agricultural use, but it remains in essentially good condition having been kept more or less wind and water tight.
