Abstract/Summary
A Heritage Assessment was prepared in 2018 for a proposed new development on land adjacent to Coppice Way, Handforth. The plot is intended for use as a garage, incorporating a car show room, used car sales area, office space, maintenance depot, workshop, bodyshop and associated car park / car storage areas. The plot is situated close to the grade II* listed Handforth Hall, therefore the assessment seeks to provide heritage context against which to judge the potential impact of the new development.
