Abstract/Summary
Heritage Statement produced in March 2017 for a plot of land (totalling 3250m square) on the west side of Chester Road, Daresbury, in advance of the proposed construction of five dwellings. The site is located within the Daresbury Village Conservation Area. There are six listed structures in or near Daresbury, three of which are located within the Conservation Area to the north of the site.
