Abstract/Summary
Desk-based assessment undertaken in February 2017 for land, approximately 11ha in extent at Lache Lane, Chester, as part of a wider programme of study in advance of a large, residential development off Wrexham Road. This particular site is proposed for a habitat mitigation area as part of this development. It was considered that there was low/negligible potential for significant archaeological remains to exist.
