Abstract/Summary
The desk-based assessment has identified a number of features (building and kiln) associated with the clay extraction and brick manufacture in the western part of the site. In addition, some degraded linear earthworks are apparent in the two south-eastern fields. Some limited mitigation by condition (targeted trial trenching) is recommended.
