Abstract/Summary
The report concludes that the building is of early 19th-century date, much altered, and of limited interest. Map evidence shows that the building lies beyond the 18th-century limits of the park and is on the western edge of the park, as defined in the English Heritage Register. It is concluded that there is no objection to the development on heritgage grounds.
