Abstract/Summary
The desk-based assessment notes that the northern boundary of the 'Old Pale' formerly ran through the site, although no above ground traces are visble today within the application area. The potential for other shallow and ephemeral remains to be present is also note. The maintenance of a developer-funded watchin gbrief during significant earthmoving activities is recommended.
