Abstract/Summary
An archaeological evaluation was carried out on 17th April 2012 by GUARD Archaeology Limited,
on behalf of Lagan (Alsager) Ltd, on the proposed SUDS part of the Twyfords development site
in Alsager. A trial trench evaluation of 5% of the total area proposed for the SUDS (3,095 m²)
was conducted. No features or finds of archaeological significance were encountered during
the evaluation
