Abstract/Summary
Mitigation work carried out as part of the wider Orford Park Regeneration Project and involving landscaping works on the site of the demolished Orford Hall. Trial trenching in advance of the landscaping established that remains of the hall lay at a depth of 0.7m below modern ground level and that works would only extend to a depth of 0.5m. There was, therefore, no inrtrusion into the remains of the hall.
