Abstract/Summary
A highly stylised plan of the city of Chester, with birds-eye view of key buildings. A series of drawings of important buildings fill margins. Views of buildings on the plan include the railway station, castle, cathedral, churches, cheese mart, infirmary, union hall, city gaol and Blue Coat School. Border surrounded by vignettes of Chester Cathedral, Eaton Hall and Chester streets. Published by Catherall & Prichard, Chester.
