Desk-based assessment of large greenfield site on the north-western outskirts of Winsford prepared in connection with emerging proposals for the residential development of the area. No particular constraints identified but, in view of the size of the area, and the proximity of the medieval centre along Delamere Street, the need for some further pre-determination work (geo-physical survey) was acknowledged.
