Abstract/Summary
Early Neolithic pottery recovered during excavations at the medieval village of Norton, Cheshire during the 1970s is here published for the first time and placed within a wider regional context, alongside similar pottery from Abbey Green, Chester and Beeston Castle. The depositional context of the material is also considered.
