Abstract/Summary
This appraisal seeks to define what is special about the Prestbury Conservation Area, which covers the centre of Prestbury village, and to provide information about its historic development and architectural worth. Chapter 8 of this appraisal also includes detailed advice on all new development (including extensions to existing buildings), which will be of interest to property owners and their agents.
