Abstract/Summary
Archaeological Desk-Based Assessment, Walkover and Topographic Surveys that followed proposals by United Utilities to construct a new water main to the north of Sandbach and Elworth. Relates to consultations CCH2975 and CCH2941. In total 39 sites of archaeological interest were identified. It was proposed that a permanent watching brief presence would be required during all ground disturbing activites.
