Abstract/Summary
This appraisal seeks to define what is special about the Disley Conservation Area, and to provide information about its historic development and architectural worth. Chapter 8 of this appraisal also includes detailed advice on all new development (including extensions to existing buildings), which will be of use to property owners and their agents.
