Abstract/Summary
This document aims to provide an assessment of the special architectural and historic interest of Ince Conservation Area. It forms supplementary planning guidance to the adopted Ellesmere Port and Neston Borough Local Plan and Policy ENV14 in particular. It is designed to help guide decisions on planning applications in the conservation area, and assist applicants in drawing up schemes. It will also be used to formulate proposals for the preservation and enhancement of the conservation area.
