Abstract/Summary
An desk-based assessment and site inspection were undertaken in 2002 for land at Bewsey Old Hall, Warrington. The study area encloses, but does not include, the scheduled ancient monument of Bewsey Old Hall, comprising the moated platform, moat and associated earthworks. The sites within the study area include Bewsey Old Hall, its farm, Bewsey Lodge and the now demolished Bewsey New Hall.
