Abstract/Summary
Excavations prompted by the construction of a by-pass revealed a palaeoenvironmental sequence of national significance, recording the local climatic and environmental succession since the last Ice Age. This report presents a summary of both the depositional sequence and the detailed palaeoenvironmental analysis, which was completed in early 1999.
