Full Description
Destroyed (1). 100 yards South of Kinderton street (A54) on the East side of the railway line. A new development now covers the site (2). Probably built in 1937, it was post 1 in cluster F of group 7. It was made 'Permanent' by December 1952 and it changed to post 2 in cluster K of group 19. In December 1957 it was changed to post 2 in cluster K of group 16. In October 1965 the post was moved to underground, and finally in October 1968 it was changed to post 1 in cluster D of group 16 (3).
