Full Description
Belgrave was a small manor in Eccleston. A hamlet called Belgrave is mentioned 23 Elizabeth I (c.1581). Both the hamlet & the manor have been entirely obliterated by the extensive developments associated with Eaton Park (1). No trace of village in the area, which is covered largely by wood & parkland. Belgrave Lodge at SJ38666112 is of 19th century date (2).
