Full Description
There is a possible site mentioned for the ore-crushing mill mentioned in (1), a slightly raised braken covered area of ground at the highest point of the northern end of Windmill Wood. Nothing is known of the ore-crushing machinery that the mill housed but there is a large area directly in front of the site that consists of crushed mine spoil. There is no structural evidence on this site.
The windmill is said to have been erected by Charles Roe. (3)
