Brooch with moulded decoration on the head which includes two pairs of eyes. Triple beading moulding at waist with larger more prominent central bead. Found by metal detector.

Moulded decoration on head includes two pairs of 'eyes'. Triple bead moulding at waist with larger more prominent central bead, The moulding does not extend around the back of the bow. Fluted moulding extends down leg terminating in moulded foot knob. The catchplate is complete but pin and spring are missing. The most prominent feature of this brooch is a moulded extension to the top of the head with a central rivet. This is corroded so its original form cannot be ascertained. Possibly an attached rosette may have featured.
