Full Description
Windmill. Circular building shown at crossroads of Mill Lane, Mill Green Lane and Twyford Lane on Tithe Map of Bold, 1840. Apportionment lists 'wind mill and yard' (1). Site visits in 1979 - site on a natural elevation and occupied by a 19th century house. Mound on which the house stands slopes down steeply to a pond on the south-west side (2).
