Full Description
Collection of Roman objects found in April 1999 while metal detecting disturbed spoil on a building site. Finds include a lead steelyard weight four fragments of decorated samian ware, one with lead repair rivet attached,a sestertius of Nerva (97AD), an As of Nero (64-68AD), an As of Domitian (84-96AD), an As of Hadrian (134-138 AD), an As of Trajan (103-111 AD), a Republican Denarius (48BC) and a denarius of Antoninus (155-156 AD) (1) and (2)
