Summary
Bronze bow brooch of the Polden Hill type. Relief decoration along the spine of the bow consists of a paired leaf device. The original tinned surface of this remains intact over approximately 25% of the surface. It is of late 1st/early 2nd century form.

Full Description
Bronze bow brooch of the Polden Hill type. Has a prominent cross-piece to house the spring (still intact). Relief decoration along the spine of the bow consists of a paired leaf device. The original tinned surface of this remains intact over approximately 25% of the surface. Length 4.1cm x width 2.1cm. Late 1st/early 2nd century form. Found by metal detector (1).
