Find Spot record 1080/0/56 - Roman find from Middlewich

Bronze trumpet brooch with characteristic waist knob. Part of the spring survives secured by the lug behind the head. Most of the catch plate and pin missing. AD 2nd century. 35mm long x 10mm wide. Found April 1998 with a metal detector (1).
