Full Description
A group of four buildings with two cottages to the East are shown on the 1837 Tithe map for Lymm (1) (No's 795 & 797) distributed around a large central open space, possibly a green. An adjoining fieldname indicates a watermill was formerly part of the group (See 2731/2). The settlement has now been demolished, the farm buildings lying in waste ground, the cottages and mill site (see 2731/2) probably having been destroyed by the construction of the M6 (2). Site also appears on Bryant's map (3).
