Originally three small cottages but two of the units now converted into a single dwelling, late seventeenth century with alterations. Small bricks, with later cement rendering, slate roof in diminished courses with sandstone ridge. The west cottage is two-storey one-bay, the other has two bays due to combination of units. Old, ledged and battened doors in heavy oak frames with strap hinges, three light horizontal sliding sashes to smaller cottage, three-light later casements to the other. The three chimney stacks remain. Interior: Bevelled oak beams and exposed oak purlins.
