Full Description
Formerly there seems to have been a cross at Fearnhead (1). Fearnhead Cross is marked on the map at the meeting of roads 2 miles NE from St Elphin's Church, Warrington. Fearnhead Cross House stands close by this spot. Half a mile in a NE direction from the site of the cross is Black Clerk's House, presumably connected with the Dominican order (2).
