Farmhouse, externally probably early seventeenth century, extended and much altered. Pebble dashed all over, with grey slate roof. The right (east) side appears to be the oldest part, of two storeys, and three windows with gable to road; replaced timber windows in openings which were probably formerly mullioned. Interior: Contains the principal features of interest. The front parlour, right, has a sixteen-panelled ceiling with deeply moulded main cross-beams and moulded secondary cross-beams, of late fifteenth century type. The kitchen (right rear room) has an old oak doorframe and an oak beam on oak corbel set in chimney-breast. The bedroom above the kitchen has a similar beam and corbel, better preserved and better formed.
