Ye Olde Lion, formerly the Lion Hotel, Bridge Street, Warrington. Licensed house since the 17th century. The present building is later 18th century & much restored with loss of character. Three storeys.Brick & slate roof, wood eaves & cornice. One contemporary rainwater head & pipe. Ground floor restored(1)(2). Formerly Grade III(1).
