Pool Farmhouse, Aldersey Green Lane. House, C17, altered, with rendered front painted as small-frame. Slate roof. Two storeys with three gables to front. The C17 portion was probably under the central and left gable which are linked by a ridged roof parallel with front. Late Georgian door has pedimented wood case with raised panels in reveals and soffite. Windows probably C19. Originally a lobby-entrance house. Interior: Not inspected, but chamfered oak beams are visible. Full architectural description (1).

The C17 portion was probably under the central and left gable which are linked by a ridged roof parallel with front. Late Georgian 5-panel door (under left side of central gable) has pedimented wood case with raised panels in reveals and soffite. Windows replaced, probably C19. Originally a lobby-entrance house. Interior: Chamfered oak beams are visible
