Full Description
Presumably built in 1869 to cross the Cheshire Lines Committee's Northwich - Chester Railway. (1) Possibly provides crossing for inhabitants of Windyhowe Farm to land on southern side of the line. Exists on the 1910 Ordnance Survey map (2) and still present by 1970, (3) although its function at this moment in time is unclear as: land on the south of the track has been converted to a golf course with no apparent reasons to necessitate the crossing of the line; and Windyhowe Farm is connected to a main road.
