[SJ 5197 7666] Beacon Hill, Frodsham. The Church books at Frodsham date the beacon to 1613.

The site of Beacon Hill was visited by an Ordnance Survey Field Investigator, Thomas Pilling Waggot, on 16/06/1964, he observed the following: 'Beacon Hill has been partly quarried away. There is no trace of a beacon.'
