Crown Lane Farmhouse, Crown Lane. Probably late 17th century altered. Flemish bond brown brick, slate roof. Interior: oak beams to lower storey ceilings and good, complete roof structure.

Farmhouse, probably late C17, altered. Flemish bond brown brick; slate roof. 2½ storey symmetrical main block of 3 windows plus 2-storey 1-room wing left. Central front gable above narrow entrance bay flanked by full height straight brick pilasters with moulded brick caps immediately under gable verges. Full-height brick corner pilasters. 3-course band at 1st floor and 2-course band at 2nd floor. 6-panel door in pedimented porch case with a 9-pane C19 casement to each storey above. Two 6-pane casements to lower storey to each side of doorway; one 9-pane casement to each side above. All windows under gauged brick flat arches, and with projecting stone cills. 2 symmetrically-placed brick chimneys on ridge. Interior: Miscellaneous oak beams to lower storey ceilings; good dog-leg stair of 4 flights to upper storey and attic with wavy splat balusters. Good, complete oak roof structure of wide"span with 3 purlins and 3 raking struts to each principal rafter.
