Farmhouse circa 1700, altered in detail. English garden wall bond brown brick; stone slate roofs largely replaced in grey slate. Two storeys plus attic; symmetrical three-window main block with right wing of two storeys and one window. Three-storey porch with door of three vertical panels in right side, in heavy frame; replaced front windows in unaltered openings to first and second storeys and enlarged later twentieth century casement to attic; iron-casement to each storey to each side oil porch and one to each storey in right wing; gauged brick flat arches to openings. Flush chimneys on each gable of main block and gable of right wing, one altered above ridge level. Two small attic windows, one blocked, in left gable. Stone slates remain only on front slope of right wing. Interior: Open fire in right front room with inserted bressumer; three-panel inner door to porch; stop-chamfered oak beams; oak dogleg newel stair with no balusters.
