Full Description
Brook Farmhouse, Higher Lane. 17th century, altered. Probably largely oak small-framing but wholly rendered outside and mostly plastered inside. Thatched roof covered in corrugated asbestos. Interior: chamfered oak beams, altered inglenook with oak bressumer; a little of the oak small- framing is visible; purlins and strut trusses of oak (1). Full architectural description (1) and (2).
