Summary

Grade II listed cottage probably built in the mid 17th century. It was altered in later 19th century for Rowland Egerton Warburton. It has oak-framing on the front but there is brick rebuilding. There is also a 19th century plaster frieze with a pattern of Tudor roses and scrollwork.

No.15 High Street. Cottage probably mid 17th century, altered in later 19th century for Rowland Egerton Warburton. Front oak-framed on brown brick plinth and with brick panel at each end; ends and rear rebuilt in brown brick; clay tile roof.Small frame surmounted by 19th century plaster frieze with sgraffito of Tudor roses and scrollwork.
